We take steps to ensure that all Personal Information being used or disclosed is accurate and complete. In the event that information is inaccurate or incomplete, we will amend all information as well as inform third parties as required.
In the circumstances that Personal Information is inaccurate or incomplete, you can challenge the accuracy of our records and completeness. We will amend your Personal Information as required once you have successfully demonstrated inaccuracy in the Personal Information.
The Chase may charge a reasonable fee to access your information and will notify the requestor in advance if it intends to do so.
